Map Review Process

Reviews are part of the alerts and approvals process. Alerts are sent out to reviewers based on the date set in a map's Next Review Date Node property.

The Approval status will not change if currently set to Approval Not Needed.

The Change History is updated with the Last Review Date, Reviewer Name and any comments.

Next Review Date determined by the first non-zero value in the following order of precedence:

  1. Map level interval.
    Set by the node property: ReviewDateInterval
  2. Date interval setting from Live site
  3. Date interval setting from Prelive site
  4. Default date interval of 12 months
